1.1 Once the documents (dummy air tickets or hotel bookings) have been generated and delivered to the user, refunds will not be provided.

1.2 DummyAirTicket.com does not issue refunds for services rendered, given the nature of the documents as they are generated specifically for visa application purposes.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Users cannot cancel or request a refund for the services once the payment has been processed and the documents have been created.

3. Modification or Errors in Documents

3.1 If there are any errors or inaccuracies in the generated documents due to our fault, we will rectify them promptly at no additional cost.

3.2 Users are responsible for providing accurate information for the creation of dummy tickets and hotel bookings. Inaccuracies due to user-provided information are not eligible for refunds.
